With nearly three decades of experience in sales and marketing, Kim brings a people-first approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others to her career as a REALTOR® with Kvale Real Estate.

Kim’s connection to real estate began long before earning her current license. From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a licensed broker assistant and quickly fell in love with the industry and the people who make it so rewarding. Although a different career opportunity eventually pulled her in another direction, the desire to return to real estate never left. Today, she’s excited to be back and building on the experience she has gained over the years and carving her own path as part of something much bigger.

A longtime member of the Alexandria community, Kim has lived and worked in the area since 1995 and raised her three daughters here. Over the years, she has built deep personal and professional connections throughout the community and takes great pride in the life and relationships she has created here. Her familiarity with the people, businesses, neighborhoods, and lifestyle of the Alexandria area gives her a genuine connection to the clients and community she serves.

Kim believes success is more than a transaction or a title—it’s about fulfillment, happiness, and being a valued partner to the people you work with. She is motivated by the opportunity to make a difference for her clients and takes seriously the responsibility that comes with helping someone make one of life’s biggest decisions.

Known for her natural ability to connect with people, positivity, communication, and determined “achiever” spirit, Kim brings energy, accountability, and genuine care to every relationship. She believes that when people feel heard, supported, and confident in the person beside them, the real estate experience becomes something truly special.

Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys golf, loud music, live outdoor concerts, escaping to a tropical paradise, and vacationing in Florida. Most of all, she treasures time spent with her amazing husband, daughters, and stepsons.
