Before entering real estate, Tonia built a diverse professional background in corporate leasing customer service and collections, and also served in customer service and contracting for a county-owned health plan. These experiences helped her develop strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing clear, dependable support to clients.

Within the brokerage, Tonia also manages the creation of property marketing content, including producing immersive 3D home tours using Matterport Pro3 Camera technology, helping listings stand out to today’s buyers. She is also a commissioned notary, allowing her to assist clients with important documents throughout the transaction process.
